Has anyone found tumeric pills has helped to calm down endo and/or inflammation of digestive tract?

I take them and I like them. Lots of research out there to suggest they are good for inflammation.

I have talked to family, friends and colleagues of Indian heritage - their consensus is to eat food has tumeric in it or that you make with tumeric. Reason being is that you can have too much of anything that is thought to be good for you.

Here in Canada a Naturopath recommended daily Turmeric for inflammation and its helped me for sure. Takes a month or so to feel the effect. Make sure to find a reliable pure brand of Turmeric.
