Tumeric revolution

I’ve suffered from the age of 16 now 46 with raynaulds in my hands, by the time February comes my fingers are like tight elastic bands. I’ve recently been taking tumeric once a day. I do pay bit more so it’s a good tablet from British supplements. I’m not one for taking tablets for stuff. But I can honestly say in 30 years I’ve seen a vast improvement. I only have the odd occasion now. But you have to take it every day otherwise your back to square one.

not saying it would work for everyone. But worth a try. I did because I’ve had it for so many years and get frightened at what could be the outcome. Hope my experience might give someone the help it gives me.

Hello Honeysuckle, I too suffer from Raynaud's and I take a supplement from Futureyou. I mention this so that you can compare price to buy at the cheapest rate. Good luck I wish you well and hope your chosen remedy help you as it helps me. Eddie

Hi Honeysuckle,

this is really interesting. I’ve been procrastinating about taking turmeric for a while as it’s supposed to be good for so many things- I think you’ve just got me over the line! Thanks for sharing. X

Really appreciate you sharing this. I have Granulomatosis but my Dad has a similar profile (hypothyroidism, cancer, auto-immune) to me and takes turmeric so I’m going to see if it helps me. Thank you!
