A lot of the turmeric supply has been found to be contaminated with lead.

I make sure whatever I get has been verified lead-free by an independent lab.

Personally, I find adding turmeric to food helps more than capsules.

You are welcome , I think every little thing can help , however small , because when you add them up, that’s when it makes a small difference x

I’ve found a turmeric tincture where I place a few drops under my tongue when I feel I need it. It’s very potent and I feel the effects soon after. I don’t have arthritis but I had a triple crush nerve injury where I wasn’t able to sit. I had to stand up all day for 18 months as no doctor in Vancouver, Canada believed I was injured.

I did eventually start falling. That was when I bought a tilting lawchair and lay on it in my house with a heating pad between my crotch. The burning pain I endured was pure torture.

I’ve had the three surgeries I needed but they were all done years too late,

Turmeric by drops and in food help me.
