has anyone tried coenzyme q10 for copd or IPF help?
I wondered how you found it if so. I came across this link which is why I am asking. It says Pao2 was significantly improved by taking it, and if that's right, many here may be interested in finding out more. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8241703

Fatigue & supplements/vitamins?
Hi all, I've had Fibro for a number of years (although only officially diagnosed earlier this year), since childhood I reckon. For many years the main symptoms were pain-related, but more recently, the biggest problem is the cognitive side of the condition. It's ruining my life at the moment...I'm 23

Essential /Familial Tremors & B12
F.Y.I. I have a family history of tremors. My head tremors started approximately 2 years ago. My Dr. recommended B12 shots every 30 days, Immunocal Whey Protein Isolate daily, CoQ 10 chewable tablets - 120 mg daily & no gluten. After a few weeks my tremors completely stopped. I am tremor free.

Can anyone help?
In desperation, I tried an intensive magnesium, B vitamins and
CoQ10
supplement which amazingly seemed to do the trick! She has been able to walk and do more things in the last week. We are waiting to see an endocrinologist and a neurologist but I wondered if anyone had any advice.

CoEnzyme q10 - with warfarin, beta blockers, other drugs...
Hi, I've just started taking Cq10 30 mg x 3 daily. Didn't bother to check...it just seemed like a good idea at the time. Only after spending a fortune on the tabs, did I think to wonder if they're ok with warfarin etc. I googled it, and got mixed results. It apparently can work against warfarin re blood

Advice for timings for supplements?
Hi, chapesses and chaps, can anyone advise me as to where on the site or on TUK (or advise me here) I can find information on when to take supplements? The ones giving me the most (metaphorical) headache are Vit D, magnesium and calcium. I can't find or remember how long before or after taking the NDT
