F.Y.I. I have a family history of tremors. My head tremors started approximately 2 years ago. My Dr. recommended B12 shots every 30 days, Immunocal Whey Protein Isolate daily, CoQ 10 chewable tablets - 120 mg daily & no gluten. After a few weeks my tremors completely stopped. I am tremor free. Arleen

They only stop if you get the illness treated in time. If permanent damage is caused then they don't stop - speaking as a woman who is sat here with most bits of her 'tremoring.' But good that you've highlighted the fact tremor can be caused by b12 deficiency.

FYI The Michael J Fox Foundation started investigating b12 deficiency in respect of causation of Parkinson's last year.

Shame that most b12 deficient patients who have tremor are accused of being 'nervous!'

Brilliant. Great to have such a doctor! I'm curious to know if you are in the U.K.

Canada - I already looked.

You didn't really think a doctor such as this would be in the UK, did you?

In the UK they would have diagnosed Parkinson's or locked her up.

Yes, I do live in Canada, the interior of British Columbia. I get my monthly B12 shots from a Naturopath, as suggested by my Dr. Occasionally I get Restless Leg Syndrome & take IRONsmart liquid once in a while. I am 71 years old & have no major health issues. I attribute my good health to the Immunocal Whey Protein Isolate that I have been taking for 10 years. Cheers Arleen
