Hi girls, Just have a question about
CoQ10
. My DH takes his wellman which has
CoQ10
on it but I checked and it’s just 2mg, so I’m wondering if I get this vitamin can he takes it with his wellman or it’s gonna be overdose? How much we need it per day?

Where to start?
I do take
COQ10
, Vit B complex and magnesium. I have left arm tremor, stiffness left leg and anxiety . I have read of the benefits of B1 thiamine, Mucuna pruriens and also CBD oil for parkinsons but can’t decide which to try first. I would really appreciate some advice.

Nuts: What 15 Almonds A Day Can Do For You, & Eating More Antioxidant-Rich Nuts Improves Heart Health
While statins shut down the enzyme pathway that synthesizes cholesterol, they also wipe out the highway to producing
CoQ10
(an essential enzyme for producing energy in the body), and sometimes that damage is irreversible.

If your child is taking a stimulant medication and is getting negative side effects or the medication has stopped working like it used to...
Especially
CoQ10
because it protects the heart and helps heart rate and blood pressure from rising, which is quite common with stimulant use.

Hot flashes
Have been jogging along quite happily taking 125mcg of Levo and various supplements ie B12, D3,
CoQ10
etc. But these last couple of weeks have been experiencing headaches and hot flashes during the night and sometimes during the day. Although not today when I could do with a couple!

3rd day, 1st day after R/B, Neulesta and Platelets
I supplemented with Vitamins D, B Complex, magnesium,
CoQ10
, probiotics and prebiotic fibre. Glucose went to 75. Emory Nutritionist said it should bode well for tolerating chemo, and it did. I read these boards every day, and truly empathize with everyone suffering and their caregivers.
