Can anyone help me explain this?
Hello, I have already been diagnosed with Endo and I had a laparoscopy last year and they removed the endometriosis. Since then the pain has not improved, so my doctor put me on the pill full time (no break) instead of 3 packs back to back and then a break. Still the pain is awful, I have co-codamol

Long term spotting
Anyone experienced very frequent spotting while on contraception? Not new to the pill I’m on, it used to cause no problems up until year 3 of taking it. (Noriday mini pill)

Can anyone please advise me if any research has been made into Fibromyalgia pain and Estrogen levels?
It's just my pain seems to get better, when I am on the pill and obviously I know that pain is on it's own cycle, but can fibromyalgia pain be hormone related?

Bleeding after endometrial biopsy
Looking for some reassurance… I had a very painful endometrial biopsy 5 days ago. The next two days I had barely any spotting but immense pain requiring opioid pain killers. The pain continued the next day with no spotting at all. Now, with pain continuing, I’m experiencing period-like bleeding 5 days

What now? Do I need to change anything?
Hi everyone, I have just been diagnosed with PCOS today! 🙋🏼♀️ I only found out as I came off the pill in lockdown and have only had 3 periods since August. They found I have high levels of testosterone and PCOS explains other symptoms such as excess hair and acne. My doctor said I should go back

Further update to thyroid removal.
My GP rang yesterday, although not the GP I usually see, She started by reading no my endos recent appointment and she agreed we had to look for a long term solution for it. Talking me through treatment after it’s removal. I started off saying to her certain points raised in my posts in here. More importantly

Can the contraceptive pill bring on OCD?
Hi all, I used to take the contraceptive pill (for about 10-11 months) from September 2019 to June/July 2020. I haven’t been on it for a while, as you can see but, I have experienced side effects from coming off it and I do worry that OCD may be one. I have noticed, more so in the last few months, I

is the implant worth it?
hi, I have been back to the doctor and in order for me to be referred to a gynaecologist I have to be put back on to hormonal treatment, and I can't go back on the pill as it would make my depression severely worse so I was wondering if anyone would recommend the implant?

I’m just feeling really lost right now after my laparoscopy

I had all the symptoms of endometriosis (extreme pain, heavy periods, irregular periods, cramping, bloating, pain during and after sex etc), and had to basically force the gynaecologist on the phone to get me an appt for a laparoscopy. TTC with endometriosis
Hello everyone. I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there trying to conceive baby number 2 or 3 who has endometriosis and has been on a contraceptive in-between. I had a laparoscopy back in 2014 due to pain and infertility and they diagnosed stage 3 endo. Soon after we were super lucky

Gedarel pill and 4am hospital trip
Early hours of this morning I joined the hospital-with-pain gang, I always considered myself so lucky to not have pains so bad from endo I needed to be hospitalised, but that came to an end last night! I started on gedarel conception 5 days ago and have had nothing but horrific side effects from it,

Convinced I’m dying
I’ve been to the ER 2x last weekend. Then, saw a gynecologist. I’ve been diagnosed with gastroenteritis, PID, and a possible ruptured cyst. I have had constant abdominal pain since 6/4/21. I have episodic severe left abdominal pain. I feel like something is very wrong. Apparently, I’m not dying per

Decapeptyl Injection When to take?
Hi all, I'm completely new to this forum. I'll get to the short of it I suppose. My partner was diagnosed with stage 1 endometriosis back in March. She had her laraoscopy and has been on the contraceptive pill since. The doctor advised she take Decapeptyl. Basically she was advised to take the injection

Advise about thyroid, new to this all.
Thyroid help, I would love some advise if possible. Hi, I find myself here on this site due to being unwell for quiet a while. I now have some thyroid tests coming up. Which I also had done the year before last and everything came back fine. My question is if anyone else in the thyroid community
