advice and support on getting a diagnosis and treatment?

im 17 years old and had my first period at 10 years old. i use to get what they said was urine infections a lot or some were put down to bad period pain. ive been to the doctors for blood tests where they thought i had a gluten intolerence so i didnt eat gluten for a while but last year i had blood tests which ruled this down so they put this down to ibs. ibs medication did not worked so i did my own research and found endometriosis. i then presented this to my gp who finally referred me after 7 years of excrutiating pain on periods and abdominal pain and bloating randomly. i got put on 2 different contaceptive pills to see if any wokred. i had my first gynacology appointment in may and they just said to carry on with the pill for another 3 months. im now back to the pain ive been in for so long and having to wait again. gynos think endometriosis as internal scan showed no cysts so far. anyone else had this or have any advice?

Hi pixie. I was on microgynon but had bad nausea at the time so then I was put on rigevidon. The pain killers they gave me is m acid - I can’t remember the name
