Was diagnosed a few months ago and currently not on any contraception but have heard there are a number of pills that work well in balancing hormones and helping with Endometriosis symptoms however I am a terrible migraine sufferer. Has anyone found a pill that helped with Endometriosis but didn’t trigger migraines?
Also in the last few months I have beeen suffering from terribly sore breasts and tender nipples. Is this a common endo thing?
Thanks very much,
Tia

Following. I was prescribed Cerazette but for the first two days I woke up at 5:30 with morning migraine. Last night I went to sleep with 1gr paracetamol and so far so good I slept ok. I think it helps taking it with a full meal and staying well hydrated.
Hi, i used to get real bad migraines and I have managed to let them go with natural supplements!!! I used Agnes Chaste which was fantastic and also did a juice cleanse , drank pure home made juice from ginger, apple, celery, carrot, and lemon… made such a big difference to me…
I would recommend seeing if a nutritionist can help you balance your hormones. I had stage IV and it has all really balanced out now naturally
Amazing news that you managed to control things through diet that’s amazing.
Did you go to a normal nutritionist or an endometriosis specialist one? Any recommendations would be really appreciated especially if they will do virtual appointments
