So many questions!
So, my questions are: Should I test right away to see if PA is an issue, so that if not, I can start supplementing B12/
B
complex
immediately? If I test right away, my thyroid results will not be valid as it's only about 3-4 weeks ago I went up to 50mcg levo from 25mcg. What matters more?

I’ve posted the results from my nhs check last week , they’ve tested other things but this is while I was on Thorne Basic

New blood test results
I did buy some Thorne
B
Complex
supplements, but am not using them due to their containing B12. I have been taking Ferrous Fumurate for months, due to my low Ferritin levels (not GP advised). Also I increased the 'iron rich' foods in my diet.

Should I be concerned?
My recent blood test results:- Serum vitamin B12 level 956 ng/L [197.0 - 771.0] Above high reference limit Interpretation of haematinics: https://tinyurl.com/BiochemInfo Weblink also available via VoY RSS Pathology tab. High B12 may be due to supplements or fortified food. High levels can be observed

Ferrous sulphate tablets 200mg - any advice much appreciated
Hi, I had my iron levels checked which came back as ferritin: 8 ug/L and given a prescription for ferrous sulphate 200mg. The box is saying to take 2-3 times a day on an empty stomach, or avoiding certain foods (milk, grains, tea, coffee) I'm pregnant and having extreme nausea and sickness, nibbling

RLS newbie
I take Vitamins D and
B
complex
everyday. I have one decaf coffee in the morning and sometimes some chocolate. I don't smoke. I've tried massaging a magnesium oil on my legs before bed but don't think it helped.
