Ferritin higher, Folate lower even though supplementing with B Complex whatās going on?!
I have also been supplementing Thorne
B
Complex
(stopped over a week before blood test). What I donāt understand is why my Ferritin has shot up from 89.8 ug/L in May to now 132.0 ug/L.

Trialling Levo only after an issue with NDT, severe headache subsided to a point, BUT now feeling brain fog, fatigue and very bloated belly.
I am currently taking a
B
complex
(including B12), Zinc, C and D3 with K2 all in pure spray form. I have iron tablets but do not take it every day as my levels did not show a deficiency but was not in the upper range.

Need advice on thyroid issues
Hello everyone, need some help on my thyroid condition. I was diagnosed with Hashimotoās thyroiditis in 2019, because of thyroid antibodies being high and with hypothyroidism based on my TSH and T3 and T4 levels. Iāve been taking medication since then, things have been up and down since then. However

Supplements and levothyroxine
: Zinc&Copper, Boron,
B
complex
, Vit D3, K2, Magnesium 2) Bedtime: T4, with a Magnesium 120mg for sleep quality That's probably too simplistic though as for example D3 and K2 are both fat soluble and K2 won't be absorbed so well.

Medichecks thyroid test and B12
I was planning to stop Thorne Basic
B
complex
a week before the test to avoid Biotin as advised in this forum. The medichecks site says to stop B12 for 2 weeks prior to the test and I don't have time to do this and it is not something that I see suggested on this forum.

Please can you interpret my latest blood test
I recently read a post that said the four symptoms I have continually could be as a result of B12 deficiency, which seems to fit with my result, I am now taking liquid Bioactive B12, by Nature Provides, and Thorne Basic
B
Complex
. Also take Vit D3 4,000IU .

TSH, T4 and T3 results - are they okay? Hair loss worse.
I have been supplementing Iron, Vit C, B12,
B
complex
, Vit D+K, Magnesium since the beginning of September. I suppose I will have to test these myself. The doctor has also agreed to test for coeliac next week but I don't have many symptoms only occasional bloating and stomach pains.

Looking for peer reviewed studies about vitamins and Thyroid

Advice on blood results and supplementation
Iāve been taking a
B

supplement and Vitamin D plus cofactors for 6-12 months and have introduced Ubiquinol and Selenium in the last month. I also take kyolic garlic (which includes nattokinase) to help keep my blood pressure normal.
