Nothing was followed up but I advised her to take some supplements I was previously advised - namely Nutri vit b12 plus folate with intrinsi factor and Thorne basic
B
complex
, thinking it would be good to get her levels up She’s had another B12 test (after stopping supplementing for 2w) which shows

Supplements
New here. had a recent post about my strange vibration sensations in my body. I am newly dx, not on meds yet. Anyone take supplements.....I read something about Selenium in addition to B vitamins, D, iron? Would love to hear more. Any recommendation of a good book for a beginner like me. :-)

Test results: what is going on? Longish post and history
I've been taking a 'hi potency
B
complex
' once every 5 days or so. Did not take anything for a week because of the biotin. So this is not fantastic and I'll need to take B12 separately.

Blood test results
I also take a variety of supplements - Vit D with K2, magnesium glycinate, basic
B
complex
, ashwaghanda with ksm66 and three Brazil nuts daily. Please can someone advise what I should discuss with the Endo. I don’t want to stop taking T3 as I feel better other than the weight thing. Thank you.

What's up with Choline?
I have seen a number of posts where people have referenced avoiding eggs due to their Choline content. Is this a real concern for APC patients? A recent article brought these concerns to mind: Part of the vitamin B family, choline helps the body use fats more efficiently by breaking them into smaller

Questions & Advice for a newbie please!
On advice of a nutritionist I've been taking an oral
B
complex
, recently with a megadose of B12 (1000ug) and have been sleeping better, but have had more digestive issues than usual...
Questions:
- Has anyone else experienced digestive issues with oral B12? (mostly just wind!)

Mind-Map of Lone AF, Thyroid, Gilbert's and Autism
But the importance of B12, Folate and
B
complex
were just one plank of the awakening I had, having suffered a TIA at the beginning of the year, following spontaneous cardioversion from that protracted post Christmas AF spell. I was denied anticoagulation until then because my CHADs was too low.

I have also been taking B12 liquid , Thorne

Help with test results please!
Hi all, I’ve just received my test results for the advanced thyroid function test via Medichecks after increasing my Levothyroxine from 125mcg to 150mcg. I had the blood drawn 25 hours after my last Levothyroxine dose and before 9am, fasting. I also stopped iron and any supplements containing B vitamins

Vitamin confusion - advice please!
I have the Thorne Basic
B
Complex
which suggests 1 capsule 1-3 times daily. Any advice please on how much I should take of this? I have Magnesium Plus (Newson Health) but this also contains B vits and Vit C and I wasn't sure if I could take with the Thorne Basic B.
