B complex recommendation

Hi there, I have been using wild nutrition food source b complex which I was happy with but they have changed the formula to add iodine which I understand isn't good if you take Levothyroxine. Can anyone recommend an alternative "clean" supplement.

Thanks

Have a look at the one I'm currently using (some other members are using it and very happy with it), no nasties

Vitablossom Liposomal B Complex softgels:

hempoutlet.co.uk/vitablosso...

Exact same product under a different brand sold on Amazon:

amazon.co.uk/Yipmai-Liposom...

I am just trying the same brand as drops (can’t swallow capsules)

hempoutlet.co.uk/vitablosso...

Slightly different proportions of B vitamins

Significantly less niacin (might be of interest to anyone who get niacin flush)

But otherwise seems similar

Very strong orange flavour, but can add drops to orange juice

Yes, I looked at the drops but chose the softgels as they're virtually the same as Thorne Basic B, I noticed the amounts were different with the drops. They're not capsules like Thorne SD, they're softgels like Doctor's Best D3 and should slip down easier but they are larger than the D3 ones.

if larger than a baked bean…..too large for me

I find drops very convenient
