Vit B12 Result

Hi all,

I have finally received my Vit B12 Result, please could i have some advice whether to stop my B12 sublingual one a day completely or just reduce to say once a week or month?

i take Thorne Basic B Complex once a day so will that keep my level up without any B12?

That is way over what is necessary and taking a B12 supplement is just making expensive urine. Drop your B12 supplement completely, the B Complex will be adequate.

Thats good to know thank you. Can too much B12 make you feel dizzy? It might explain a few symptoms ive been experiencing lately.
