I am searching for comparable supplements that group members have recommended. I am in the US. I am adding a photo of the 3 I have picked out. I have chosen these based on the description and the price. I am on a budget, but I want to get the best I can for the money I have to spend on these, but I don't want to waste my money on something that isn't going actually to help. Do you think these will be suitable?

Are you considering taking both a B12 and a B Complex? Is there a need for this? What are your B12 and Folate results. Quite often just a B Complex is needed.
I would point out that the Igennus Super B contains Vit C and this may affect the absorption of B12 in the supplement, Vit C and B12 are recommended to be taken 2 hours apart.
How much of the D3/K2 spray are you considering taking? That is a 1,000iu D3 spray which is a low dose more suitable for maintenance rather than the sort of dose needed to improve a low level. What is your current level of Vit D?
I am looking to add these after posting my lab results a few months ago. (I should have replied to my original post, but I could not find it for the life of me.) I am adding those lab results here. SlowDragon recommended the b12 until I get it in range and then maintain with a b complex.
you'll see that they recommend a dose of 2,500iu for your level. If you use the Now supplement then if one spray = 1,000iu you will need to alternate 2 sprays one day, 3 sprays another day (I doubt you can do half a spray but you could experiment). Or just go for 3,000iu daily.
Retest in 3 months to check your level and you can then adjust if necessary, being guided by the tables on the Vit D Council's website. Once you've reached 50ng/ml you'll need to find your maintenance dose to keep it there.
Don't forget that magnesium is another important cofactor of D3, it helps the body convert D3 into it's usable form. You'd need to choose the form of magnesium most suited to your own needs:
The following link is included purely to describe the different forms of magnesium, ignore the fact that it mentions calcium is necessary, calcium is only necessary if you test and found to be deficient and then your GP should address that
Magnesium should be taken 4 hours away from thyroid meds and as it tends to be calming it's best taken in the evening.
B12 is 382 with a range of 232-1245
Presumably this is ng/L or pg/ml (they're both the same) rather than pmol.
With the B12 we suggest taking a B12 supplement until it reaches a minimum of 500pg/ml. According to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
Also take B Complex.
Once you've reached 550pg/ml you can drop the B12 and just continue with the B Complex.
The Natures Bounty B12 is cyanocobalamin and it's recommended to use methylcobalamin but I don't know what brands are available to you there.
For B Complex suggested brands are Thorne Basic B which as a US brand you should be able to find, or Vitablossom Liposomal B Complex softgels (not the liquid version) but I don't know if that's available in the US.
B Complex contains biotin and this should be left off for 3-7 days before any blood test as it can give false results when biotin is used in the testing procedure (which most labs do).
