Advice
Hi I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago after getting more and more episodes of pain and diarrhoea, it showed I have diverticular disease on my right side. 8 biopsies were taken and the results when I rang up say no cancer but mild

Saw Rheumy at HSS - New York - Question for You?
Hi Folks, Saw really good rheumy and she had some good info and advice (as well as taking 8 vials of blood out of me. Talk about thorough...) She said as I taper that she was not in love with the idea of me hitting extra pain here and there with Advil (ibuprofen), and prefers that I use Tylenol (paracetemol

Intestine resection surgery
There were no signs of Crohn’s or
colitis
. Still I have symptoms of Crohn’s. Because of the shorting of the intestinal tract I have persistent diarrhea. Imodium AD helps with diarrhea.

Wind pain but no diarrhoea
I have ibs D this is something that plays up everyday but recently it’s been getting better but my stomach pains r making it hard to stand up straight. I think it’s trapped wind but it’s been almost 20 hours and the pain is just as bad, doing a 9 hour shift at work is stressful enough without the added

Zoladex and Femoston-conti
I have had non stop bleeding whilst on zoladex and Tibolone for 3 months. My doctor has now swapped Tibolone to Femoston-conti but reading up on it says DO NOT take if you have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding ... which I have! It also says DO NOT take if you have thickening of the womb lining which I don

The question about broken toes and Apixaban...

Constipated but in U Colitis remission
As above, I've been in remission for 3 years. Odd times I get a little constipated, but nothing alarming. Currently though, I'm having immunotherapy for NSCLC, and that seems to have it's own constipation issues. Wondering if there's anything I can get from a weekend chemist or supermarket that will

Crohns or colitis
I have been diagnosed with indeterminate
colitis
. Just recently I seem to have other signs pointing towards crohns and also feeling really unwell. Do you just have to carry on taking the medication or if you feel unwell do you have to see the doctor again.

Pembrolizumab & possibility of U. Colitis recurrence?
Colitis
to flare up. I had U.
Colitis
& sepsis in autumn 2015, and my GE had it under control within a few months using Octasa 800 - He told me to stay on two per day as a maintenance dose, and it has worked well ever since.

Finding out I have IBS
He also said that he did take a couple random samples of my colon just to test for
colitis
but he highly doubted there was any
colitis
present. So in conclusion I learned that I have IBS which sucks terribly, but I also learned that it wasn't anything life threatening or dangerous. Thank God above.
