Repeating Colonoscopy after normal results?
I don’t know if this is right place to post as I have not been diagnosed with Crohns or
colitis
. But I would appreciate if anyone could help. I have been having diarrhoea, stomach pain, weight loss. For around 4years probably more. I had a colonoscopy around 2year ago and it came back normal.

Self medicating safely.
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed last April with microscopic
colitis
/crohns. After suffering an extreme flareup, I was admitted to hospital where I was put on budesonide, this worked and within a few days I was on the road to recovery.

Screw Checkmate 650 - the “trials” of trials!
One treatment in and two days later was in the hospital for
colitis
. Discharged after a day. They called it a grade 2 adverse event so he can continue the trial. Great! 5 days later woke up with excruciating flank pain at 2am.

Confused & nervous!
When I was diagnosed with coeliac my gastro referred me for a colonoscopy as he thinks I have Crohn's or
colitis
. My colonoscopy is tomorrow I'm currently doing bowel prep which is a blast! Just wondering if anyone's been diagnosed with Crohn's/
colitis
with no blood in stools?

Hello, new to forum
Lack of sleep or poor sleep seems to make it worse and I often have poor sleep given I take Prednisone for my
Colitis
which has a side effect of insomnia. Stress also triggers flutters, although I can have a bad episode when I am not stressed.

Body is rebelling a little bit still - between the head cold I’ve got and a bit of stress
colitis
happening at the moment (or maybe a side effect of all the cold meds I’ve taken this week), I think I’ve got everything ready to go.

Now something else to contend with 🤪
So no makeup for at least seven days, feel very naked🥺, the other problem is that I have also been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease,
colitis
could be the main problem due to see two consultants this month and next month one regarding the colonoscopy I have just had done and the other regarding

I have been told I have chron's,
colitis
, IBD, IBS, unknown bowel disease, each doctor says a different thing and nobody seems to know why I am having the bowel issues I have. One will say I have chrons, the other will say I dont etc etc. I am on no medication for my symptoms at all.

Medication
I know we all have to take medication to help us but what is it doing to our bodies , myself I think it brought on ulcerative
colitis
as I had just started bleeding after starting naproxen a inflammatory drug, we can't be 100 per cent but we would try anything if we were told it could help you but it

ESR and CRP result
I'm still no further forward in getting my rheumatologist appointment, they didn't ring me back again, but the GP phoned me today to give me the results of my blood test yesterday, my ESR when I was diagnosed on 2nd Sept was 60, it has now dropped to 5, he said my normal is 15-19 as I have ulcerative

Ibrutinib and odd side effects
However, I spent the next nine months almost flat on my back from one monitors,
colitis
, hepatic injury, kidney issues and the like. I lasted until early 2015 and stopped the trial. I presume the biggest problems here were caused by Ofatumumab, although Zydelig is not a well tolerated drug.

Budesonide
I've adjusted my diet since the
colitis
possible diagnosis too. So my diet is something I'm already paying a lot of attention to thanks to advice from my dietitian and on here, so that isn't the point of this particular post.

Blood when I wipe, really scared
To me my symptoms don't sound severe enough to be crohns or
colitis
since it's basically no symptoms and I'm just minding my own business and BAM there's blood when I wipe. So I was thinking maybe it sounds like hemorrhoids (can roids slowly get worse like this over a period of years?)

Folkestone HM Race Report - BRUTAL!
I was running for Crohn's and
Colitis
UK (I am a sufferer) and had already taken two Imodium before leaving home. I took a third just to be on the safe side! So off we went to the start. The first part was OK, sort of inland a little bit.

High inflammation, bad symptoms but no diagnosis!
Why on Earth would you not take biopsies if I was showing microscopic
colitis
in the past?! I wanted to say something in the procedure but I was sedated and sucking on gas and air and just couldn’t manage to speak up!
