Otezla for bechets?
Has anyone had success with this medication? I've tried colchicine, Imuran, and methotrexate so far with little to no relief, and a little relief not worth the slew of nasty side effects. I am really optimistic about trying otezla looking for some experiences!

Toxic and Endocrine Myopathies
Many here are well aware of the issues surrounding statins. That they can cause myopathy has often been stated. There are many papers which mention that, but most dismiss the issue as "rare" and deny any association with thyroid disorders. I thought it interesting that this paper mentions statins

Gout is an inflammatory condition associated with a problem of purine metabolism that results in crystallization of uric acid. [1] [2] Colchicine is sometimes prescribed for gout. [2a] (1991 - U.S.) An anecdotal paper: "Laboratory data indicate that colchicine has an antimetastatic effect in tissue

new here, feeling lost and just reaching out for some general advice and others stories X
Hey guys, I'm new to this forum but have been visiting for a while just to read posts on other experiences. I'm a 22 year old female and have been dealing with my "problems" for around 6 years now. It took me around 2 years to be referred to a rheumatologist and I'm currently seen at a bechets clinic

Reaction to blood test/plaster
Hi all ! I had a routine blood test today to check my bloods. Was diagnosed with Betchets about 8 months ago. Had a 3 month course of prednisone and now pretty well controlled with colchicine and doxycycline and regular anti-inflammatories. Still have a lot of issues with sensitive skin and fasciulitis
