Why did they let my shoulders get so bad?
They were shocked that I had left my shoulders out for days, but previous doctors and specialists said to wait days, sleep on it, use hot water bottles, CBT, tape,

programs etc. This doctor took history and was again shocked at how often I had dislocated.

Chemo side effects and opioid intolerance
Hi all. This is my first post. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer in September and have just had my first chemo. I have had chronic pains in my legs that normal painkillers haven't touched. I'm opioid intolerant but took codeine an hour after metoclopramide hoping this would work but sadly

Do you think ivf treatment abroad is better and why?
Hi everyone, I would like to get some advice regarding treatments abroad, please. We are with a great private clinic in London, but our last attempt was disastrous. Would you please be able to share your treatment plan or protocol and how it was different from the one received here in Uk? According

been to see the gp
saw the gp who said it’s vulvodinia. I’ve never heard of that problem before. But reading up on it sounds like just the kind of pain I have. Nothing can be done. Just painkillers. Todays been awful 😢

so much pain.
I am in so much pain that I just don’t know what to do with myself. The pain is across the bottom of my back and stretching down into my hip has to be the worst I have ever had. I have just come home from hospital after 2weeks & the doctors said there is nothing more they can do for me except for painkillers

Possible AN with eye pain
I went to my GP suffering from
chronic
fatigue in July 2022. The eye
pain
began sporadically in November 2022 Nobody connected the two symptoms then or since. I went initially to my optician and spent months tinkering with my prescription.

My Knees
So….. I have been unable to walk let alone run since I developed knee pain almost 2 weeks ago after completing week 1. I am now at the point where I can reduce the painkillers although the pain is still there I can tolerate it and ‘hobble’ around. I am unsure if I should try the C25K again in a week
