I dont want offense anyone because i'm not diagnosed but i feel very tirer so i have questions
I, 31 Yo Male
Ancient alcoholic stop since september 2022
I 'm nauseous all day since february 2022, i stopped alcohol Once in january february and early march 2022 and return to bottle from march to august and stopped early september
I made blood test march 2022 all OK only little cholesterol
Endoscopy in july 2022 all was ok but stomach was little bit irritated (was drinking alcohol in july), ultrasound in november 2022 all was ok but pancreas was little bit hidden by gas and blood test two weeks ago always cholesterol and lipase was 👌 (27) and a 2020 blood test show lipase was 29 at these time
Could i have chronic pancreatitis with no pain and only nausea ? I have 3 or 4 bowel movements each day, sometimes floating and sometimes yellowish
My doctor think it's only anxiety
I have a New job, a little baby and a New house in 6 months maybe a little bit stressfull
If you could help it would be great

Hi Gcaius, thanks for joining us 👋 Congratulations on the new house and baby! I'm sorry for the tough time you've been going through with your health though. Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) is one of the best types of imaging for figuring out if you have CP or not. If all your levels were normal and the endoscopy didn't show any inflammation or scarring of your pancreas, it may not be CP. That being said, diagnosing CP can be very difficult and some patients do not always have abdominal pain or elevated levels. We have some helpful resources on our website that may be able to help.
Thank you very much for your answerSo my lipase is normal but i dont have the right imagery for the moment ... after more than one year and stop drinking it's a very very hard way and struggle with mental depression...
I have no experience as only newly diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis. No I'm not a drinker and not fussed about alcohol. Regarding bowels I'm the same some of the time put down to enzyme deficiency in the pancreas. A specific stool test showed this. I was started on Creon but unbeknown it contains Pork and I'm allergic to it. Back to the drawing board. Waiting to see a Gastroenterologist and a colonoscopy. A CT scan diagnosed the Pancreatitis.
