Nervous breakdown

I think I’m having a nervous breakdown! I get tearful very quickly, no energy to work, keep changing medication because I can’t tolerate side effects. I feel so scared of suffering. I’m tired of such a miserable, joyless life. I’ve been cursed with fibromyalgia and chronic migraine. That makes me so depressed and anxious. I’ve lost my friends and I feel like I have no energy for this life anymore. So many years of battling a disease have left me completely burnt out.
