Who referred you for sacral iliac joint injection?
I’m waiting to see oasis pain clinic regarding my sacral iliac pain I just had my pain meds increased and wondered would this likely to be offered or do you you get offered it as a last resort? Been under chiropractor for years but was made worst by a fall in the garden May 2018 and a car accident 2018

I have had severe spinal pain for years. Two spinal ops (both worked for a time) physio and loads of meds. My pain is getting worse over time. Saw a chiropractor early on - wrong advice! I have stenosis, arthritis, spinal problems and fibromyalgia all causing severe pain also sciatica. Was taking morphine

Any tips on acceptance?
Bear with me, this is long, but I hope this can be a thread that helps others too. It seems to me that the major sticking point for me (and many of us) is acceptance. I UNDERSTAND that I have anxiety. But when I experience physical symptoms, I am unable to ACCEPT that those feelings come from that anxiety

Is a Chiropractor safe for people with ET?
I have been seeing a chiropractor since last week (my 4th adjustment was today). My MRI showed a slight scoliosis, desiccation of L2-L3, L3-L4 and L4-L5. Annular tear and mild posterior bulging of L2-L3, L3-L4 and L4-L5 discs indenting thecal sac with the L4-L5 Disc abutting bilateral traversing L5

Male Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome Help
Hi i'm a mid forties male who for a couple of years has suffered with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. The pain and discomfort centres around my lower back, pelvis, perineum, scrotum, bladder etc. I've seen a male pelvic physio specialist before who helped a bit but i'm wondering if anyone else out there

lower back pain and right hip pain especially lying in bed
I had a DEXA scan just over 2 years ago as part of breast cancer treatment. This identified I had osteoporosis in my spine, I'm not sure of the scores or exactly where but I was told my hips are fine. I have had back problems on and off for years but generally with a visit to a chiropractor and exercise

Hydroxycarbamide and muscle pain
Ever since I was put on hydroxycarbamide in Feb 2015 I keep getting mid to upper back muscle pain episodes. These seem to happen every time I get a cold. I get quite a few colds during the year so I get quite a few episodes of excruciating muscle pain. It’s just on my mid to upper back on my left side

I am probably not unique.
I have tried
chiropractic
and a few devices that do make a difference. One recent post mentioned stimulating the ear to affect the vagus nerve. I have tried this for some time and it could help; but it is difficult to know for sure.

Chest pain-Costochondritis qyastion
Hi All, Queries question for you: Can i ask those who been diagnosed with costochondritis if you try to go Osteopath or Chiropractor ? Some of the Chiropractors can do scan of your spine which include rib cage and see what is going on. Osteopath can click you and show you some movements or exercise

Week 7=tough
My high of week 6 ended when I had my first running failure in week 7. My first attempt at the 9K ended at 7K with intense hip pain. Saw my Chiropractor on Friday and he gave me a clean bill of health. He felt like I hit the proverbial wall—physical fatigue, possible dehydration, and mental fatigue

Hip problems, and a vicar
My hip is not sound at the moment, I need
Chiropractic
treatment! ( I work in the care industry[say no more]). So off I go this morning, I knew I just needed to finish. I knew I was slow, just uncomfortable running. After he has completed his 5 k he comes to find me, and runs with me home.

Not sure how to carry on / who or what can help me 🤞
I paid for regular
chiropractic
treatment for 2 years which only offered slight relief for a couple of days. Been referred to physio who told me they cant help with FM. GP told me CBT could help but it's not funded on NHS due to FM treatment being 'nonessential.'

Neck pain
But before that, I want to know about different
chiropractic
services available. How long will it take to cure completely? Will I be able to drive a car after the treatment? Should I take any medication during this? Should I continue with exercises that they do during the treatment?

So FRUSTRATED!!!
Couldn’t do parkrun ☹️ got half way around 1st lap and could feel calf muscle starting to hurt. It’s the OTHER leg to the one that’s kept me away for a month. So fed up. How do I find out what’s causing these injuries? Sports physio? I’m already seeing a chiropractor NOT FAIR .... STAMPS FEET 🤬

I’m back (hopefully) with new specially made insoles.
I stopped running (mid Jul) as my ankle swollen. I went to chiropractor and found underlying issues including collapsed arches and ankles rolling inwards. On advice I ordered some specially made (and very expensive) insoles, which I’ve now received and been breaking in. This morning was my first run
