Do Probiotics Actually Help?
Hi everyone! I’ve struggled with IBS for two years now and thankfully sticking to mostly a LOW FODMAP diet helps. But I’m curious if anyone has noticed a significant improvement in taking probiotics as well? Can you recommend some brands please? I’ve been on and off taking probiotics because I get nervous

Endo diets
My zoledex injection has been cancelled and as I don’t get on with anything else I’m going to have to live without anything for a while. Does anyone have any recommendations on diets to follow that may help with pain? I tried the endo diet quite some years ago and didn’t get a great benefit from it but

Vitex messed up my cycle
I took 200mg of Chasteberry to help relieve pms symptoms for 28 days and I am now 10 days late. Did the Vitex mess up my cycle? And did anyone else have their period just come late?

So Confusing
How do you know for sure your child has ADHD? My son has been diagnosed with general anxiety from a therapist. His teachers and regular pediatrician jumped to ADHD. Got an assessment from the school that says he is ED (Emotionally Disturbed). Took him to a psychologist to hear about ADHD meds and assess

Why are all tests normal? If I don’t have Crohn’s then what?
MRI enterography was normal (not really a surprise, everything is always normal). Does anybody have an idea of what could cause the following? I’ve been having symptoms for years but all these tests are normal. It started with mild gas issues, then it progressed to abdominal discomfort and gas when

PA B12 and H Pylori???
Hi all I haven't posted on here before but find the site really helpful. Sorry for the long post. I was diagnosed with PA about 1 year ago. I only know it's PA because my intrinsic factor test came back positive and I researched it myself. I had no conversation with a doctor! Sooo frustrating!

Flaxseed oil and endometriosis?
Hello, I’m thinking of taking Rain Soul and Core Seed Oils but they have Flaxseed oil in them, I have read so much conflicted advice but I’m scared to rock the boat as my Endo pain is manageable at the moment. Any advice would be much appreciated.

In that time it’s already significantly improved my menstrual symptoms so I’m wondering if it is having some kind of impact on my thyroid? I’m

Cholesterol problem and taking Crestor
To Barry1, Your doctor is wrong. All the symptoms you are mentioning with weakness and muscle pain are side effects from Crestor. Statins are too dangerous to take because of all the side effects. I have high cholesterol too, but I refuse any medication for it. Change the way you eat and eat only good

If this is a fungal skin problem, coconut oil could help.. its anti fungal , I know its sorted quite a few skin problems as a family that we have had.. it has no side effects... if socks are put on after (so no slipping) before retiring. Also, a few drops of tea tree oil mixed into coconut oil... I

Agnus castus ( vitex)
Just wanted to post in case this can be of help to others . I have adenomyosis and suspect I have Endo. I have been taking the herb Angus castus for several months . It is supposed to be beneficial for PMS but what I have found is it’s helped massively with my pain. I used to get severe pain first
