My zoledex injection has been cancelled and as I don’t get on with anything else I’m going to have to live without anything for a while. Does anyone have any recommendations on diets to follow that may help with pain? I tried the endo diet quite some years ago and didn’t get a great benefit from it but i was overweight. I loge essential oils as well so if anyone know of any that I could add to a bath or massage oil which may help I’d really appreciate it. I’ve also got an oil diffuser as find senses quite a powerful thing for me

Hi, regarding diet my endo consultant advised me to do a food intolerance blood test to see what food could be causing inflammation. I found this really helpful as the “endo diet” I think is all about anti inflammatory food (such as reducing gluten, sugar, dairy in some cases...anything that can cause inflammation or stress on the liver is my understanding)

There are so many great books out there now that support the endo diet but like I say doing the blood test really meant I could tailor my food to my needs.

I hope you find something that works for you 😊
