Vitamin D deficiency
Hell everyone. Following my visit to dermatology at the beginning of the month the consultant has now written to me confirming I am deficient in vitamin D. My reading was 22 nmol/L and seemingly 50 nmol/L is ‘adequate’. So, do I just go out and buy a supplement or is this something my doctor would

New here: Managing B12 dosage, "crashes" and antibiotics
Hey folks. I'd be grateful for any insights here if anybody has the time... I've lived with this health issue for almost a decade, without treatment. It has been called many things including IBS, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and my personal favourite "some sort of mental health issue". My last GP struck

B12 deficiency - more frequent injections
Hi all, newbie here :-) I was diagnosed with b12 deficiency in January after months of feeling rotten. Initially I was pleased it was 'nothing serious' and could be sorted with injections. Levels were below 150 at diagnosis, no idea of the exact figure as test didn't show them. Also had slightly

Serrapeptase & Wobenzym N - amazing results!
. & last month I also added
castor
oil
packs. 7 years of not a single scan without being told about more fibroids... I’ve had 2 very large ones removed which were basically ruining my life - there was a time I couldn’t leave the house because of the bleeding.

Question about essential oils, and Epsom salt.
So I have some essential oils, herbal teas (peppermint tea), Epsom salt (for baths), and Himalayan crystal salt lamp. One of these oils is lavender and I put it under my nose, and it helped me relax. I haven't used the Epsom salt yet, but have used the lavender oil, peppermint tea, and Himalayan crystal

Is B12 196 normal?
Hi everyone, I'm just after a bit of advice please. About 6 weeks ago I went to my GP because I had tingling in my toes on my left foot, was tired all the time, getting headaches, feeling unsteady on my feet, being a bit more clumsy than usual, feeling groggy. My GP did some blood tests and it came back

sharing a small positive
However, I have made two changes this cycle which I think have helped me: 1)
castor
oil
packs. I read it online and thought nah that can't work surely? But then a bottle only cost me £6 and I had nothing to lose. Well I think they have helped.
