I was going to try the castor oil pack however I read somewhere that you can’t use it during stims. Does anyone know if it’s ok? Thanks xxx

I was watching a YouTube video on castor oil and how many health benefits it has. I decided to rub the oil on my feet at night before bed to help with my neuropathy. It worked. Have not had any pain in my feet since I started.

I’m doing ALL of the things - weekly acupuncture, supplements, healthy diet, castor oil packs. Has anyone else been in this situation and what worked for you? Feeling totally demoralised and frustrated 😩

After that my mother gave me castor oil, enos, sennapods, that Ex-Lax chocolate that would not fool a 4 year old, prunes. You name it I had it and I can never remember having a bowel movement normally.
