Taking Levothyroxine at night
Just a quick question, I’m taking various supplements, including
calcium
, as prescribed by my Naturopath, and my GP has agreed to prescribe me Levothyroxine liquid rather than the tablets as I couldn’t tolerate them (because of the starch that’s in them).

Has anyone gotten a bladder stone after RP?
It seems I have a
calcium
deposit on the location of the suture that reattached my urethra to my bladder sphincter during my RP nearly four years ago. Now I need a procedure to remove the
calcium
buildup as it's interfering with my sphincter and causing occasional leakage.

Diet advice
I've been advised not to take multivitamin supplements till my
calcium
numbers come down, but i take an iron supplement as I'm veggie. I wondered if there are specific foods we're advised to eat / avoid? I asked my GP but they just said food isn't an issue. Just curious.

Read that
calcium
in milk and soy will impair the absorption of Levo, is this true? Also vegetable from cruciferous family should be avoided, this almost omit most of the easily obtained vege here in my country in Asia. What vege are safe then?

Zoledronate Infusion
I haven't been taking the
Calcium
/Vitamin D meds because I can't tolerate them along with all the other meds! I had a Dexa scan two years ago which showed I had Osteporosis of the spine and Osteopenia elsewhere so the Rheumatologist has arranged for 3 Zoledronate infusions at yearly intervals.

Supplement
I am looking for a good
calcium
citrate with D and K3 in a chewable or gummie. I have esophageal spasms so if I buy a pill to swallow I am defeated. I just won't be consistent with swallowing a pill due to the spasms.
