T3 teva.. And lactose intolerance

Morning everyone 💗

Now here's a strange thing, I'm lactose intolerant (diagnosed by my hospital) I've been on teva T3 lactose free for around a year now I started low down on 10mg and only had one hypo blood test, I increased by 5mg every 7 weeks and saw my T3 gradually rise and my TSH go down I was doing OK stomaching the T3 no lactose symptoms, but with in that year of starting the meds my calcium went over range as did my parathyroid hormones, I have symptoms of primary hyperparathiyroidism which consists of frequent uration, server thirst, sicky feeling, insomnia, very bad headaches palpitations (fast heartbeat) sweating with a prickly sensation in hands feet and head, slight shaking and bad bone pain.. I have now been diagnosed with this and are waiting on my endo appointment at Hexham hospital, I started on my next T3 prescription about 2 weeks ago and I've had some really bad side affects the main one being the bowle/stomach pain, this feels like I've had something with lactose in.. I always recognise the symptoms, the pain and loose bowels have been hell I also noticed a very horrible taste in my mouth especially first thing in the morning it tastes like poison never noticed this before 🤮.. I've checked the batches all numbers match apart from the SN number, they appear to be teva T3 the tablet is small with L20 on one side plain on the back no score line.. The boxes had been opened and taped back down everyone of them but the plastic bottles appear to be in tact.. I've been off the T3 teva 4 days now and some of the symptoms I attributed to primary hyperparathiyroidism have diminished, my headache as gone right down, my shaking is no where as bad, the prickly sensation as diminished the sweating as really eased back.. I feel more alert, sicky feeling as diminished to.. I feel more calm today,🤷‍♀️ all my thyroid bloods are in range (on my last blood work in June.. (T3 5.9)range..3.10...6.80)..(T4 )0.04(will be low being on T3 only) range 11.00..22.00)..TSH.. 0.80 range.. 0.03..4.50)..I still have the urgency to urinate frequently still have the utter thirst, bone pain, although my headache had gone down its still their slightly but I it feels much clearer now.... I'm asking myself when I started on the T3 teva a year ago I started low down at 10mg I'm now on 25mg split 3 times in the day morning /afternoon /, evening. Could the symptoms have crossed and could the palpitations, shakes, sweating, bad headaches actually be the T3 teva, because it's strange all these symptoms I attributed to primary hyperparathiyroidism have eased back.. Because I have symptoms of primary hyperparathiyroidism it's hard to distinguish what's what, all I know is I have no bowels/stomach problems now no cramping or loose bowels, no horrid tast, no shaking, sweating, (since stopping the T3) I've actually managed to get out of bed and move around my flat this last 2 days.. Obviously I'm not well as a parathyroid surgeon as diagnosed me with primary hyperparathiyroidism this of course will make me symptomatic until I get seen, but I'm feeling a bit better since coming off the T3.. I'm confused to say the least... I know I will need to pick the T3 back up and are intending to start back on them tomorrow obviously I'll see if these symptoms return 👍
