I am looking for a good calcium citrate with D and K3 in a chewable or gummie. I have esophageal spasms so if I buy a pill to swallow I am defeated. I just won't be consistent with swallowing a pill due to the spasms.

Hi Dalford,

I personally take Bluebonnet Calcium, Magnesium Citrate Liquid +D3 which also helps with the digestion. I don't believe that it has K in it.

This is entirely different than a colonoscopy prep.

A good product to use is Viactiv, which calcium, D and K chocolate flavored chewies. They look and taste like candy.

I would take them but calcium binds me and I need the magnesium citrate to eliminate.

Both products are available on Amazon in the US and I am sure the UK.

Below is the link for the Viactiv if you want to take a look.

Hope this helps!
