FINALLY!!!! answers after all these years
So now I am on nothing but D3,
calcium
and essential medications. We'll see in a few months. The good news i wanted to share is about Sertraline. I had terrible intense itching for 3 months. First the prednisone bandaid, then the Sertraline kicked in. My magic number is 75 mg. No more itching!

Losing all hope
I have been living bedridden and in isolation from a Valium prescription given to me by a psychiatrist for ptsd and gad. Why do you need cholesterol?
A serving of 100g of this tree gives: over 8g protein over 400mg potassium nearly 450mg
calcium
164mg vitamin C 738 ¼g of vitamin A” I shall add that my aunt has been taking statins for years and me and my mum have see how she has degraded.

Blood test results- help please
Calcium
2.41 nmol/l (3.2-2.6) Doctors have no clue what is wrong, but in my opinion some of the results are on the low end of 'normal'. Levothyroxine lowered to 75mcg end Mch Any help appreciated.

Are you worried about purity of supplements
The critical ratio of
calcium
, phosphorus, and magnesium is another good example. If you supplement
calcium
to solve bone issues without also supplementing phosphorus and magnesium in proper balance, you won’t solve the bone issues. In fact, you may actually create osteoporosis.

More aggressive options for Stage 1 cancer post lobectomy.
By accident (
calcium
heart check) found a 2cm nodule in MRL 2 months ago. (non smoker) 1 week ago had a lobectomy to remove it. (and yes love coughing right now...) Although still waiting on official staging it should be 1a.

Rotablation
As they started the Angiogram they told me I needed 2 stents fitted, unfortunately the arteries had a lot of
calcium
in them so they had to drill them, I have since discovered this process is called Rotablation and it really is a fantastic procedure which avoids bypass surgery by allowing them to fit

Making Good Choices can Pay Off.
(I stopped taking
Calcium
as I didn't like some of the possible adverse effects that I'd read about.) I tweaked my diet to include more
Calcium
-rich foods and my
Calcium
and Vit.D levels are now actually higher than when I was taking the Calci-D!

No more Calcium supplements
Having done quite a bit of research on the effectiveness of
calcium
supplements in improving bone health, I discovered that the thinking around this is changing.

Anyone have kidney disease and cannot have contrast?
Now, all his kidney functions on labs are bad, out of range, as well as high
calcium
and potassium levels. They still insist on contrast with scans but I said no. Anyone have the same problem and how do you handle this.
