Good News Back in NSR!

After posting that i was in AF on Thursday - thank you to all of you who responded, i really appreciate your feedback. I have taken many of your advice about stimulating the Vagus nerve, cold showers, breathing exercise and other things - the good news is that i went back in NSR Sunday afternoon.

Thanks again, you are a great lot of people!
