new normal blood tests
For years, even after diagnosis changed to primary sjogrens, then MCTD/ overlap ctd my inflammation and other
blood
tests
were elevated. Now I’m definitively diagnosed with antibody positive systemic sclerosis and get Mycophenolate, Iloprost and Losartan amongst others.

Ive also read it could be folate levels but I think this may be checked on my monthly RA
blood
tests
? I've sent a pic to my GP today but wondered if any of you suffered from this too? I'm also suffering with bowel issues of which I'm waiting for a CT scan.

ANA test results
Hi, I’m reaching out in the hope someone is able to help me translate my ANA
blood
tests
. I’ve had symptoms for over a year, predominantly fatigue/exhaustion, painful joints, mouth sores, feet that turn purple when cold (I also have a coeliac disease diagnosis from 2015).

Microvascular Dysfunction Tests
I have had a 24hour ECG,
blood
tests
and a CT Coronary Angiogram. All have come back normal. However, I continue to have chest pain when anxious and sometimes for no reason. I have been taking Bisoprolol 1.25mg for 2 months, which has helped.

Target iron levels
Had 3
blood
tests
over last 9 months to monitor low iron / anaemia and effect of taking iron supplement (ferrous Fumarate 210mg per day). Advised by GP ( week before last blood test) that I am not currently anaemic ( how did they know?) and iron supplement withdrawn.

Nighttime symptoms
All
blood
tests
have been normal. It’s been put down to health anxiety but I feel it’s a physical condition. I am a 63 year old female with osteoporosis and a BMI of about 20. Recently I crept into the pre diabetic category. Thank you for reading.

He is also arranging an MRI scan and more
blood
tests
. I must say he was very thorough I have also got a follow up appointment in August. He asked how many mg’s of predisilone I was on which is 5mg but made no comment on that.

I was recently diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (steatosis of the liver I believe is my diagnosis) after
blood

showing elevated liver enzymes and an ultrasound scan.

High dose Prednisolone and effects
Hi, I was diagnosed with PMR, 8 years ago and was down to 2mg of prednisolone, however 3 weeks ago I ended up in A&E being told I’d developed GCA, after CT head scans and
blood
tests
. Also had a temporal artery biopsy. I was prescribed 60mg of prednisolone, tapering gently so still on 50.

New to this…just saw my PSMA
They ran
blood
tests
today, seem okay. The PSMA shows that I do have prostate cancer that spread to wrap around my rectum. At least one lymph node is infected (probably more) and a bunch of lesions on bones from higher up on my chest down to my pelvis.

Low ferritin
Initially, I had a few phlebotomies to reduce my hematocrit but thankfully I've passed my last three
blood
tests
and haven't had one since January 2023. I take aspirin, a spoonful of cod liver oil and half a tin of grapefruit every day to keep my haematocrit within range.

My levels
I had
blood
tests
recently and my TSH was 5.78 and T4 was normal at 13. I really don't like taking Levothyroxine. Is there any case that I can stop taking Levothyroxine? Am I subclinical? Many thanks Mika
