Flecainide PRN and PIP
Hi all,I am noticing my HR a bit restless right now. 10-15bpm higher than usual. And feeling what think are a number of ectopics. Also accompanied with cest pains. I took a Flecainide 50mg and Bisoprolol 1.25 which has seemed to help V the Bisoprolol alone. Anyone else similar ?

Feeling a little low
Update I had a heart attack in September that left me with a 100 percent blockage in the right artery. In and out of hospital since December with unstable angina. On the 29th March I had 3 stents fitted after trying both wrists they then eventually did it through the groin. Discharged 5 days later

PVC Ablation offered.
Good morning everybody I hope I’m finding you all ok and not too bumpy. I have now been offered an ablation for my annoying pvcs, I have to stop taking bisoprolol two days before procedure, I just got told to stop taking them. I’m sure my ep knows best, my ep thinks the beats are originating in the right

Bisoprolol
Yes bisoprolol made me very tired on 2.5 mg. - not good.I approached my cardiologist and requested an ablation. Had the ablation Sept 22 and been OK since having deliberately kept off alcohol . Have been fine since. Suggest you try this. All the best.

Cardiologists reports required
What reports am I actually “entitled” to have access to (NHS Scotland)? I’m not under the direct care of a designated Cardiologist, only general Medical review at local hospital (and GP). A 24hr ecg suggested Atrial Fibrillation and flutters. As a result an EP study / Catheter Ablation discussed

Regular double beats?
Afternoon, I've been on 50mg flecainide and 2.5mg bisoprolol twice daily, however due to cold extremities and in consultation with the cardiology depart we tried Adizem in February but after a few weeks that seemed to make things worse, and then switched to 3.25mg Carvedilol on 14th April. But like

edoxaban and topical diclofenic gel?
I’m in miserable levels of pain after a hip replacement 6 weeks ago. Before I had my surgery the pain was well managed by meloxicam and amitriptyline but then I had my first episode of AFib and they thought it may have been triggered by those drugs. So I was started on the holy grail of Bisoprolol,

Decision time!
Would be grateful for your views on my afib journey. Was diagnosed last November with paroxysmal afib, 2.6% burden. Burden up to 6% (from 7 day monitor in March). Have reacted badly to both flecainide and bisoprolol - fatigue, faintness, short of breath. Have been advised to have an ablation. However

Little heart hiccups
Hi everyone, hope your weeks are going as well as they can. As you might know, I had a HA 7 weeks ago and am waiting on surgery to close the hole in my heart that led to my HA. I was feeling really good at the end of last week, almost back to normal, so I did a YouTube Zumba workout on Saturday morning

Reducing Bisoprolol
Can anyone tell me by what degrees the medics reduce Bisoprolol dosage ? I take 10 mgs ( 5 mgs morning and evening ). I am obviously not going to change anything myself without the doctor’s support, but he said it was on the cards and will review my situation on my next visit. I really am just interested

bisoprolol tiredness
hi all Just saying thanks for the replies it’s made me feel better I thought I was going crazy over these last 3 years all it would have taken was for the doc to say it’s the meds and the problem would have gone away (well you know what I mean) So I can now get on with my tired life😴 Thanks again

Light headed.
A couple of times this week I have felt light-headed for a few minutes. I do have AF. I take Warfarin and Bisoprolol. I usually feel well. I wonder is this with having AF? I haven't experienced this before. My AF was diagnosed about 4 years ago.

blocked nose with bisoprolol
hi all, does anyone else get blocked nose with bisoprolol 2.5 mg , my nose now has been blocked for 4 weeks and it’s driving me crazy. I can’t take decongestant as it affects the heart, I’m on homeopathic nasal spray but it’s not doing much. Would love to hear if anyone else gets this and is there something

How common is it for AF to cause a faint?
My partner had two brief, 10 second, faints recently. He has AF occasionally which has made him feel faint, but he never actually passed out. He started to take Bisoprolol daily 6 mknths ago - 2.5mg because the episodes were getting worse and more frequent. He also started Apixaban after the faints

Is anyone awake ? Advice please !
I usually take 5mgs of Bisoprolol morning and evening, plus Warfarin with the evening dose. I have just realised, at 10.15 that I forgot my evening dose. Not a problem except I have just finished a glass of wine ! I often have a glass of wine in the evening, but at least a couple of hours after my medication

I had an AVR 2 years ago and get an annual CT scan to check that all is well. Medication wise - I am on bisoprolol, eplenerone, losartan, furosemide, colecalciferol and warfarin. My INR is monitored re the latter. My query is what involvement, if any should I get from the GP? I have an annual telephone
