Missed Bisoprolol dose
I take 5 mgs of Bisoprolol morning and night. Unfortunately I have missed this morning’s dose somehow. I know this drug is sensitive to reduction in dose, so would you advise me to miss this mornings dose altogether and take this evenings as usual, or take the missed dose now and take this evenings

Hi Just wondering about my dosage of Bisoprol. When I read related posts on here, most people seem to be on a maximum of 5mg. I’m on 12.5 which I take at night. At my most recent appointment with my cardiologist in March, I asked if it could be reduced as I get so tired on an afternoon and I often have

Back in AF after 18 months and having root canal treatment next week
I had a successful cardioversion in January 2023 after being in constant AF for three months and have not had any episodes until yesterday. I take 2.5mg of Bisoprolol and Edoxoban daily. I had the first part of a root canal treatment about three weeks ago and am due to finish the treatment on Tuesday

struggling with atrial flutter
just wondering if any of you have had problems controlling atrial flutter (mine is atypical). Most posts I read are about atrial fibrillation. I had an incomplete and unsuccessful ablation in March, for typical flutter, but recently my symptoms are increasingly worse. I am troubled by a constant fast

Any recommended cardiologists in far NW/NE England for specific BP problems

Failed ablation
In June 23, I had an ablation for SVT. The Consultant was pleased with how the procedure went and immediately took me off bisoprolol. Two weeks later, I was back in Resus with an SVT of 200. I understood that there was a possibility this could happen shortly after the procedure due to scarring. I was

Runny nose - is it a side effect of meds?
Odd question but does anyone know if any of the standard meds prescribed after cardiac arrest can give you a constantly runny nose? Am on ticagrelor, aspirin, atorvastatin, ramipril, ezetimibe, bisoprolol and Lansoprazole.

New diagnosis of HF and Cardiomyopathy
Hi, I've just turned 40 and was diagnosed back in February with no known cause. My EF was 15 and I am now on the highest doses of meds available including Entresto, Bisoprolol, Dapagliflozin, Furosemide and Spironolactone. I had a review echocardiogram 2 weeks ago and despite maximum dose my EF is still
