Flecainide and Bisoprolol as a PIP approach for Vagal Afib?
I’ve deduced I have vagal Afib as all my episodes occur without fail late evening after eating or early morning waking me from my sleep. I take 1.25mg Bisoprolol daily and 50 to 100mg of Flecainide as a pill in pocket. The Flecainide stops Afib in its track usually within one to two hours but I find

Upset stomach medication?
Hi all, currently in USA and I’ve had an upset stomach for about a week with on off rumbling tummy. I’m currently on Rivroxban, flecanide and bisoprolol. Is there any medication I can take or any I’m not allowed to take. Thinking something like Pepto bismol to help?

Resting heartbeat
I've been taking Bisoprolol for 3 weeks and in this time, my resting heart rate has reduced to 54bpm but last night, whilst sleeping, it went down to 48bpm! Is this normal? I am not a fit athlete.

Merry Christmas and a tale of HBP hope
Hi all, particularly those who are struggling to get blood pressure under control. This is my story ... In June I found my BP was 180/100 and was prescribed 5 mg of Ramipril. In July my BP fuelled by anxiety peaked at 215/115 and an ambulance car took me to A & E. Result was Amlodipine 5 mg added.

Bisoprolol for Night time/Vagal AF
After a recent upswing in the number of episodes of AF i'm getting - up from every 2 or 3 months to almost every night - my GP is recommending that I take daily Bisoprolol rather than my previous PIP (Bisoprolol & Flec) protocol. It was my understanding that vagal AF could be made worse by a beta blocker

POST ABLATION AND ALCOHOL
I have seen a lot of posts here at this time of the year talking about the odd pint or glass or two of bubbly/wine. Thought this might help. I had an ablation in September which has been extremely successful and I was down to half a Bisoprolol and 50 Flecainide morning and night with no palpitations

Raised Bilirubin level
Dear Hearties, I had a heart attack 3 years ago. I was fitted with a stent and I am taking a cocktail of medicines after that. They are Atrostatin 80mg, Losartan and Bisoprolol. I have been told by GP that my bilirubin is high. Is this could side effect of the above drugs? I also use Paracetamol 2 tablets

Lactoferrin and anticoagulants
I am a 78 old male with PAF. I take Eliquis, Flecainide and Bisoprolol. In these times of Covid a GP suggested to my son, who has no PAF, to take Lactoferrin as a preventative. I would like to take it as well, but I cannot find information on interactions between Lactoferrin and anticoagulants. Has
