Collateral circulation
I have been diagnosed with a blocked right artery during angiogram following indigestion type pain on exertion (riding pushbike ). I was amazed that I hadn’t had a HA . Cardiologist said I was saved this by collateral circulation which had naturally bypassed the blockage. This apparently cannot be stented

My LBBB is back :(
I was diagnosed with LBBB in Jan 22. Had syncope and did various tests. No underlying disease found. Throughought the year the LBBB slowly disappeared at rest heart rates. Just appeared when I walked uphill or worked out (130bpm+). I was happy with this. Now, Jan 23, at the precise last day of my 3

Epigastric pain
Hi all I’m getting a dull pain in my epigastric region, that’s kind of the area just below your heart in the centre. I’ve had it for sometime how and mentioned it to the cardiologist but they don’t seem bothered as it isn’t directly my heart, even thought it started after my CABG. Im starting to wonder

Beta Blocker affects on Stomach
I had major surgery to replace my Aortic valve in 2016 and due to a hiccup and ended up having a pacemaker fitted as well. Been on Warfarin and Candesartan for most of the time and no issues, still running etc. End of last year had my routine pacemaker check which flagged up an issue for the first

Your tips to reduce palpitations?
Hi all, just wanted to ask if there are any tips to help my current situation please. I had a cryoablation September 2018 for irregular heart rhythms which reduced my symptoms greatly. Fast forward to August 2022 and I caught covid, my heart was doing a merry dance for about two weeks. Then November

I’ve been asked if Daktarin for oral thrush is safe to use if you take Bisoprolol and have heart problems.

Hi all, Haven't posted in a while, so here's an update. I had a thyroidectomy 18 months ago, with no RAI due to ongoing saliva issues. Up until about 3 weeks ago I was doing well on 137.5mg Levo, good energy levels and feeling pretty good. Since then I've been lacking energy, feeling a bit down. and

Junctional Rhythm
I have had Paroxysmal Afib since 2017, and take Warfarin and Bisoprolol ( now been 5mgs twice daily for a year ). No other drugs. I have been having a lot of unclassified results on my Kardia lately. A few is normal and I always thought it was interference or similar, or me not being still enough. However

Bruises
Had a heart attack in September and am taking bisoprolol, ramipril, eplerenone and brilique. Had a check up with my GP during the week and showed her my legs and arms as they are covered in deep purple bruises and she said I will now bleed for England. I obviously realise this is a minor problem in
