Thudding heart!
Hello. I'm hoping that those with more experience can help me! I have just been diagnosed with Atrial Flutter with rapid ventricular response and given bisoprolol 2.5mg as well as blood thinners. So, now my heart rate and blood pressure are within normal parameters - but I have a very "thuddy" feeling

PAF 29 years and now ectopic/skipped beats are driving me mad
I’ve had paf for 29 years and been on soya lol then bisoprolol. When I develop and is fast. My personal best was 245 while 38 weeks pregnant. A dose of verapamil got me in to double figure but the warning was it would slow Labour. My Labour was 1 hour so hubby was grateful for the slow down lol.

it’s not all been a linear progress but it has been pretty darn good. Back ggedt issue I’ve had is with my statins. I thought it was the Bisoprolol (1.25mg ) and ramipril (half a 1.25mg tablet) that was making me dizzy , fatigued and zombie like every afternoon to early evening. Plus I had cognitive

worried in France
Good evening everyone. wishing everyone a peaceful Easter. I am in need of a little advice from you lovely people. Since last Friday, I have been experiencing irregular heartbeats and combined with occasional AF. At least I presume that’s what it is, very fast beats. I don’t really know how long I should

Medication review
I have recently had a medication review from my GP(pharmacist). As I have now turned 65 it looks like in addition to the Flecainide/Bisoprolol I also will also need anticoagulants. I was diagnosed with loan Paroxysmal AF about 20 years ago but have only had 2 episodes in the last 4 years and the most

I am due a call from doctors pharmacist this morning as I wanted to check if these supplements are okay to take along with edoxaban and Bisoprolol. I just wondered if anyone here has experience using them please?

Feel like I've been fobbed of
Hi I have been diagnosed with paroxysmal AF . I had it 2 years ago and then it went away. Now it's back but apparently there's no damage to my heart so I've just been given bisoprolol when it happens. But it's been getting more regular and no one Seems too concerned?

Fainting and shakes
Hi, I am new to posting but have been reading for some time. I was diagnosed with afib in 2021 and also had a stroke caused by a brain bleed. I am now in PAF which kicks in every 2 weeks or so, lasting a few hours. When this happens I usually have a "funny turn" , feel a bit faint for a few seconds

Sotolol V Nebivolol
My partner was put on bisoporolol in October last year, this was done because he passed out at work in August, following investigation it was discovered that he had an irregular/ extra heart beat. One week on he collapsed after getting out of bed first thing in the morning, this happened again a week

I have been on bisoprolol, entresto, warfarin, amiodarone and spironalactone for about 4 weeks now, and have developed pain in both wrists that feel stiff, achey and really sore by the end of the day…anyone else experience this and any tips? I’m not going to be able to change what medications I am on

Afib and Nytol
hello lovely people. I have had Afib for about 6 years not permanent yet! On warfarin and bisoprolol. I haven’t been sleeping very well recently and wanted to take a herbal nytol tsbler but wondering if it might affect my warfarin. Has anyone taken Nytol whilst on warfarin? Thank you for any replies

6 month follow up
got my 1st appointment with the. Ep at uchw Coventry tomorrow after my 2nd ablation last September. Unfortunately I’m Still getting episodes. A few time a month. Convert with pip of 200mg flecanide and 2.5mg bisoprolol in a few hours Wonder if they’ll offer a 3rd ablation ? I’m keen to pursue a pulse

Stopping Bisoprolol & ramipril
Long story short! I’ve been on 2.5 of each now for over two years & im over 18months clear in sinus rhythm after a successful ablation in feb 22 I’ve recently had an eco which shows heart in full health, I’ve been through the genetics route which concluded no heart disease or family history to worry
