side effects?

I have been on bisoprolol, entresto, warfarin, amiodarone and spironalactone for about 4 weeks now, and have developed pain in both wrists that feel stiff, achey and really sore by the end of the day…anyone else experience this and any tips?

I’m not going to be able to change what medications I am on due to level of heart failure and the clots, but want some advice on how to manage please! 🤞

We are all different when it comes to side effects especially when doses are different, medications are increasingly numerous and there are potential interactions between medication. I suggest you talk to your local pharmacist or better your prescribing health professional who may be able to help. Or perhaps the BHF Heart Helpline nurse as below.

I have been on Warfarin for six years with no real problems. Could it be the Amiodarone this can cause problems. I would talk to your GP
