Thanks for info about biotin and thyroid tests
Can't find the original post but wanted to thank those who posted about
biotin
interfering with thyroid tests. I've been on T4 for over 20 years and additionally T3 for a couple of years & NO ONE ever mentioned this to me. Should be interesting to see what my results are after my tests tomorrow.

Hair loss after transplant
I've switched to a decent shampoo and condition with
biotin
and keratin as lots of people have posted this helped them (?) I also read it tends to stop falling out after 6 months but can do this for up to 2 years. I know it's due to a major operation/trauma on the body and medication.

Help, feeling so despondent.
Could the
biotin
and/or fact I had taken B12 the morning of the test explain why my thyroid and B12 results were so different from 3 weeks before? Has anybody had experience of that amount of
biotin
(40mcg a day) affecting their blood test result?

AF and Acute Bronchitis
I have had AFib for many years. I am a 78 yr old male have a pacemaker and had an ablation about a year ago, am on warfarin. The end of March 2017 I became sick and was given a chest x-ray. Dr. thought I might have pneumonia, turned out I had acute bronchitis. I was prescribed Biaxin and prednisone.

Thorne Basic vs Stress B Complex
The main differences that stood out for the Stress B Complex, besides 250 mg of B5 as opposed to 110mg, is 200mcg of folate rather than 400mcg, and 80mcg of
Biotin
rather than 400mcg. http://thorneresearch.ca/thorne-b-complex/ http://thorneresearch.ca/stress-b-complex/ Thanks!

Biotin clinical trial
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02961803 I'm doing my own, ongoing trial with
Biotin
. And 4-AP. And 4-AP-3-MEOH. And Modafinil. I'll recommend them all, and Lyrica for the spasms (if you enjoy being stoned).
Biotin
is cheap and OTC. Worth a go.

More on Ocrevus
I was told to "keep up the good work" - diet exercise, Ampyra,
Biotin
, etc. I guess I'll stick with it, as I think I'm doing pretty well compared to many others.

SPMS Work in Progress
I now take Ampyra, high dose
Biotin
, and follow a strict diet (based on the Wahl's Protocol) and am a great believer in exercise to fight this thing. Still pretty mobile, always looking for new ideas.
