Cortisol results

Hi. These are the results my younger daughter has received today. She is struggling really bad at the moment. Her fatigue is overwhelming and she keeps having to go back to bed to sleep all the time. Never feels refreshed after sleeping. She is on B12 injections every other day, methylfolate 400mcg every day, biotin, contraceptive pill vitamin c o/c iron. We still have to do thyroid tests, hopefully this week. Any thoughts on these results please.

My results looked very much like that a little while ago. I believe mine was caused by changes in my medication (mostly my fault) and though I've not been retested yet I'm not having the awful anxiety in the afternoons and the waking at 4am. I'm now taking zinc which I think has helped a lot.

They are in range. These thyroid issues are very complicated, like putting the pieces of a jigsaw together. How is her ferritin, folate and vitamin d. Is she on thyroid medication. If so which one. Which thyroid tests is she going to have?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I am concerned that her waking cortisol level is at the bottom of the range though! She is having tsh, t4, t3, free t4, free t3 plus thyroid antibodies and test for h-pylori. Her ferritin was 38 (11-307) so will be taking ferrous fumerate. She takes 400mcg methylfolate to assist B12 as she has injections every other day. Hasn't had her D3 checked in a while so will have to organise that at some stage. She isn't on any thyroid medication at the moment.
