here are vitamin levels, please see previous posts for thyroid panels and antibodies

July 24: ferratin: 64 (11-307 ng/mL) vitamin B-12: 782 (180-914 pg/ folic acid: >23.2 (5.9-24.8 ng/mL)

Vitamin D: march 3: < 26 (30-80 ng/mL) Nov. 6: 47.2

Zinc: nov. 13: 73 (60-130ug/dL)

Selenium: nov. 13 117 (60-160 ug/L)

nov. 13: Free Carnitine: 41 (19-48 umol/L) Total carnitine: 53 (25-58 umoi/L)

iodine: 36 ugl (34-523 ugl)

thanks everyone, hope I typed all the ranges right...not a numbers or science person at all!

right now I'm taking a multivitamin, a B-100, biotin, D3, Omega 3, magnesium, and sometimes vitamin C crystals and black current oil

Mstiles,

Ferritin >70 is required for hair regrowth. You can raise ferritin by supplementing iron with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.

VitD is optimal around 50-60ng/ml so keep supplementing.

Selenium, Carnitine and iodine are within range and look fine.
