i came across this item on my news feed on FB today.I have been taking this and i have a blood test on Monday,so what do i do,cancel my test ?Or is it rubbish?
Can i have your thoughts on this please?

Just lay off the B for a few days prior to blood test
It's not rubbish. Put 'biotin' into the 'Search Thyroid UK' box at top right of the screen and you'll get several previous posts about this.

We probably only need to stop 24hours before, but advice is usually 2-4 days to be safe
I probably post this at least 5-10 times a day on here within replies
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
Thanks for all the responses,in the mean time i swapped my blood test from next Monday to Friday.i didn't even realise this.I only started taking them 2 weeks ago so they wouldn't affect any previous tests.
