I have been diagosed . On biopsy my gleason score is 4+4=8 with a group grade of 4. I have many autoimmune diseases PBC Sjogrens Scleroderma
My surgeon is reluctant to do prostatectomy because of potential healing problems and my age 74. The cyber knife doctor is very hesitant because of severe complications due to autoimmune diseases. I am leaning towards prosatectomy

Anxiously waiting
I was wondering if anyone could tell me, is it normal for the
biopsy
to be scheduled a month later? The doctor hasn’t given him anything, but I seen in the visit notes he plans to do radiation and Lupon. I was wondering if this normal procedure to wait this long? Thanks for any answers

Advice
My sister suffered a miscarriage in 2020 and since then most days she bleeds and loses clots easy size of my little finger. She has had internals, biopsies you name it and it’s been done. She was also told her womb lining was above average 16mm. Anyway long story short she was diagnosed with PCOS and

The association between serum lipid profile and the prostate cancer risk and aggressiveness
"Men who underwent prostate
biopsy
between January 2005 and December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The association between lipid profile and the risk, stage, and Gleason grade group (GG) of the PC were investigated." "Of the 1740 study populations, 720 men (41.4%) were diagnosed as PC."

Newly diagnosed GPA without renal involvement. Sorry it’s long.
I don’t need a
biopsy
. He said I may never have had PMR, or that I may have had PMR and the vasculitis brewing at the same time. He said I’m lucky — my illness is systemic but right now non-severe.

Autoimmune Hepatitis? Advance cirrhosis
The good thing is he said that he will schedule me for a
biopsy
to determine if that’s the case. I have no confidence in him, and I’m so glad I have open enrollment next month so I will be changing my health insurance and hopefully I can end up with a doctor that knows about the liver.

On AS and not sure if I need another Biopsy
I was after some advice what people’s thoughts were if I needed to have another
biopsy
? My PSA has come down since being diagnosed 3.2 to 1.9, Free is at 21.1. I had a PHI test which was 27.2 (Medium risk) and my Testosterone was 37.7, slightly on the high side. I have attached my last MRI.

So I previously had an enlarged 2.6cm benign Nodule (after

Omeprazole and Acid Reflux after Gastroscopy
I have been having digestive issues since May, lots of indigestion, acid reflux, belching etc. It comes and goes, sometimes good, sometime not, I would say I feel unwell 50% of the time. I was referred to a gastroenterologist. I had a colonoscopy last year and all was clear. Gastro decided that I

so confused and scared
I had a liver
biopsy
which came back as clear so my gastro doc said it’s NAFLD and to lose a bit of weight and that was it. Since then all my blood tests have been normal including my latest one a month ago.
