Many Nodules on your thyroid? under/over?
I am still waiting on a result for my dominate nodule
biopsy
. which was 1.9in size . In the meantime, I'm just wondering as they said I had quite a few nodules on my thyroid would this be indicative of a under or over thyroid? I need to get my bloods done again .

cerebella’s atrophy
I’ve had regular bi annual scans and a liver
biopsy
, which have confirmed that the scarring in the liver is no better nor any worse. However I’ve not been feeling too good for the past few months and my GP kept fobbing me off with blood tests (even though they all came back as abnormal).

Fatty liver in biopsy but not scans
Hiya, I’m just curious if anyone has had a similar experience where their liver
biopsy
results shows signs of fatty liver but ultrasounds/CT show an enlarged liver but no fatty liver signs. I’m wondering if this means it’s extremely early stages maybe?

ET JAK2+ - Could this be progressing and how do I obtain more information/support?
I am aware that I was diagnosed prior to the WHO change on the diagnostic criteria which would require a bone marrow
biopsy
for ET diagnosis. I don't want a
biopsy
but I know if I had one it could rule out progression to post-ET MF which is my concern that all the symptoms are pointing at.

update on melanoma nail lesion.
I am having a nail and skin underneath wedge
biopsy
, under local. All clinicians that I have met feel this was a wise move. Have tried to distract myself, partially succesful, but have a real sense of dread on this one.

Gastroscopy aftermath!
He took a
biopsy
and so I know my stomach will be sore and will recover. My throat is also very sore, as is my left shoulder on the side I laid. I just needed a moan really 😆

CT urogram
Hi all, when my husband first had symptoms synonymous with Pca he was sent for a CT urogram, we never knew his PSA result, this came back OK. 9 months later an MRI and a subsequent
biopsy
showed he was Gleason 9 with widespread bone metastasis.

Tattoo Sarcoidosis
Referred to a wonderful Dermatologist who tried some cream which didn't work,so did a
biopsy
which gave tge diagnosis. She explained to me that Sarcoidosis is very rare, but I needed my eyes, neck, & chest scanned, I couldn't believe it!

High-Dose Rate Brachytherapy Doctor Recommendation For MD Anderson
Hoping for someone with a great reputation For a transperineal
biopsy
I can recommend Justin R. Gregg, MD, but you may only meet him 5 minutes before the procedure.
