I had a fantastic appointment with my neurologist on Tuesday! You may remember I got to see my original one again. It was so much better! I spent an hour with him going over what we’d done the last six years, which was pretty much nothing. He wasn’t impressed.
When he had me walk down the hall I’d been sitting so long my walking was awful so he called me a brat because he had to enter new data 😂. I actually walk quite well unless I’ve been sitting or standing in place too long but he didn’t see any of that. He only saw me at my worst.
Anyway, he said he wants me to try ampyra, melatonin, and change my bladder pill. That’s more changes than I’ve done in six years. And go back in six months instead of a year.
I’m very happy! Proactive doctors make a huge difference!
