Feeling Extremely overwhelmed
Hi everyone. Life seems like to much. I feel pressure and stress all around. I wish my anxiety didn’t get so intense. Things that are impacting this. The coronavirus pandemic, 3 exams for school, my boyfriend having a hard time handling me, job insecurities. But besides these thing I could have no worries

Circadian Rhythm Disorders
Hi guys! I am just writing because this is the first time I've had an opportunity to talk to people who also struggle with sleeping! I have basically been nocturnal for the past 6 years - no matter what I try - including every single sleep hygeine suggestion possible!! Sleep medication has never worked

Insomnia Makes My Depression Worse
Anyone here have any ideas for dealing with insomnia? Lately it's been hard to sleep unless I take NyQuil, which I am not going to keep taking because I know it's bad for your liver. It's been making my depression worse, as I just feel tired during the day, and all I want to do is sleep. I've tried melatonin

Late period - quick question
Hi all, My cycle is normally as regular as clock work and I’m waiting for my day one so I can start stims. I’m 2 days late. The only thing different in the last month is the fact I’ve been taking melatonin. Has anyone else found that it’s made their period late? I’m on 3mgs a day. Thanks all Sarah

CORONA VIRUS / COVID-19/SARS COV-2 And Some Potential Help
This seems like a good time to start a thread discussing the latest developments regarding SARS COV-2 / Corona Virus(CV-19). Given that it seems to move quickly to new areas that were previously unaffected, being as prepared as is reasonably possible seems to make sense, but is there really a good way

Tamoxifen side effects after treatment completed
Hi- I have been taking tamoxifen -Nolvadex brand for 3 months- despite my post menopausal status- age-66- my oncologist thought it would be best to use Tamoxifen not an aromatase inhibitor- different side effects which would cause joint pain and as I have arthritis- thought I would tolerate tamoxifen

Hi Ladies, Sadly, a cyst is stopping my IVF treatment so I will have to try naturally this month. I was wondering whether you had info on what supplements to stop in case it works (let’s keep optimistic). I am currently taking dhea, q10, inositol, melatonin, cystein, omega 3, vitamin d, lipoid acid,

Melatonin against platelets?
Dear all, Since I was given melatonin not for sleep, but to detox, I’ve been much better. I looked up effect of melatonin on platelets and I was shocked to find that melatonin caused platelet apoptosis (death). There are studies proving this. Here is info: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article

Has anyone read ‘It Starts with the Egg’ and implemented the advice?
Morning all, I’m just coming to term with my failed cycle and would love some advice. Our recent fresh round failed yesterday. We had a low quality Blastocyst (3BC) and a morula transfered on day 5 so I wasn’t terribly surprised I tested negative but I still felt crushed, I guess I was holding onto

Daughter had sensory seizure yesterday
My daughter had her first daytime seizure. It was a bad smell accompanied eventually by headaches, twitching eyes, and tingling face. Our doctor is increasing the keppra to 4 mL twice a day. We're also going to try melatonin to get her sleep more on track. She sleeps so much now that she is missing school

I have been doing much better since I have been supplementing with Iron (650mg x1 per day, in the evening.) I have been supplementing everyday for the past 4 months. My iron test is soon, I postponed it because I got a cold. Even my sleeping is getting better. I also take 900mg of gabapentin diner

Melatonin and antidepressants Mirtazapine and Trazadone
I tried 2mg Melatonin but it did nothing for my sleep. I tried Mirtazapine and slept well for 10 days then started waking up early and then all through the night. Someone told me Trazadone is good for sleep (I suffer with depression) but wondered if the sedating effect of that will wear off too eventually
