Melatonin
Hi I have seen some posts on here about Insomnia and the use of melatonin. I would like to write about how I view this supplement, and how I have found it’s best use and function. I am not a doctor or a pharmacist, but as a psychologist, who has spoken to a lot of people suffering from sleep difficulties

Started Lexapro 9 days ago...
I started at 10mg (my prescribed dose) 9 days ago. I took 10mg for two days, was a total mess , then went down to 2.5mg for 3 days. Now back up to 5mg. I’ve been having ongoing physical anxiety (tight chest and stomach ). I’m wondering if it’s helpful to steadily move the dose up to the prescribed dosage

Call from Clinic - starting in May!
Hi all, Just an update from me. My clinic called and told me to start my melatonin as I’m on day 7 of my cycle and that I’ll start a fresh cycle end of May! I’m surprised how quick this is as I thought they might make me wait for another month after having an ectopic 6 weeks ago. I need to crack on

Hello HealthUnlocked Members, I have been on ADT continuously since February 2016 and in general I have tolerated Lupron fairly well to date. The hot flashes have diminished in frequency and intensity over time and bone density is normal for my age (65 years). I have found that exercise, keeping cool

Desperate for help! My daughter is 15 with harm OCD and nothing is working for her..
My daughter has just recently completed an IOP program for harm OCD which resulted in minor help. She's inconsolable today; sobbing from a recent trigger with our cat. She feels she's done something wrong to her (again). I'm at a total loss. We are getting an average of maybe, 4 hours of sleep a night

Late Night Thoughts
I’ve been in such a depressed mood lately. I just can’t seem to shake it. My wife is gone with my almost 3 year old son so during quarantine I’m stuck in the house, with my thoughts. The mind is an interesting and dangerous organ all in the same breath. Yesterday, I called both my mother and father

MELATONIN FOR COVID-19 / Part 1
One possible problem for moderate to severe Covid-19 patients is the potential for significant damage to the lungs and possibly other organs like the liver based on what is being seen in patients. Endometrial Cancer- 8 months remission-after 4 years trying
Hi friends, As we all worry and deal with covid-19 pandemic, I thought it would be good to share some success I have been having, mostly because I never expected this much success...even though I remain open to the idea that my cancer can recur. I am in remission about 8 months! My doc always said he

Hashimoto's and night eating syndrome / extreme night hunger?
Hi all, I was diagnosed Hashimoto's in January and began medication late February. Before my diagnosis I would sometimes awaken in the middle of the night (between 1-3 am) with extreme hunger, but since getting medicated it happens almost nightly. I eat normally throughout the day and try never to go
