Good results re b12 injections today

At last I’ve managed to get moving on this front.

My new practice lost the consultants letter I put in last week so basically they got the head partner to call me,he was lovely very apologetic, so I said I had another copy I could pop in which I did and I was only 5 mins back home when he called again so good news is he’s arranged loading dose of 2 weeks every second day then he said one every 12 weeks, not ideal I know but by that time I will be well trained by nurse I’ll make sure of it then I can inject myself.Hes also arranged for the melatonin the consultant asked for to try and see if we can improve my sleep hygiene as my cortisol is so low.its taken me four years to get where I am now since a severe head injury and HPylori reared it’s head again so I’m feeling quite pleased that I persisted with this, you know yourself when your not you and I want my old me back again.

Thanks everyone for your support re this needle phobia this has really helped me push my doctors this morning.xx
