Does anyone have dilated bile duct? Mine is 8 mm on the MRCP report. I wonder how bad this means. Does Urso keep it under control? --Jane

I have recently been diagnosed with gallstones and am waiting for the operation. Certain foods trigger off the pain so struggling at the moment

MITOCHONDRIAL AB, M2 ELEVATED
Hi, I am a 51 year old male and for the second time my Mitochondrial AB, M2 score has been elevated - both times around 30. The test report says: "Positive >24.9 and Mitochondrial (M2) Antibodies are found in 90-96% of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis." I have no symptoms and every other test

Symptoms getting worse
hadn't done my
bile
acid test (
bile
salts
) for a few months cause I'd been feeling good (no itching). But I got it tested this last test (I get blood drawn every 2 weeks). My bile acid level is 4.5 times the high normal. No wonder I'm so itchy ... and nauseous.

Feeling good
I keep reading all your advice and take on this advice. Thank you all. I am now down to 4 m pred. And almost two year since start of pmr and gca, feel as if the pain has gone,do I still carry on slowly reducing. Can this disappear overnight as it arrived in my case? I have just been diagnosed with gallstones

Pain/discomfort after eating.
Does anyone else suffer with pain after eating which on some occasions I can only describe as 'gallbladder- gallstone' type pain (really painful) for around 10-15 mins and other times mild discomfort. Had my gallbladder removed 15mths ago. I suffered this a little pre diagnosis (11/2016) been on urso

IBS-C and leaky gut
Hello, I'm new here so apologies if thread already exists on this.. I have had IBS C/D since I had intussusception when I was 1, but I'm currently struggling with improving my mood surrounding the condition. I've had a stool analysis which says I have high inflammation as well as dysbiosis in the gut

STOPPED SLEEPING help please!!! Sleeping tablets stopped working! ZERO sleep!!
I use 2 Circadins, 2 Seroquels 50mg (which makes me feel like cement) 2mg Rivotril (benzodiazepine) and 12,5mg Stilnox MR (think it is Ambien outside of South Africa). I'm so tired I can't walk. The pain is surreal. Anti-depressants don't work. Natural remedies don't work. I have been using sleeping
