the doctors told me that i have gall stones and they told me that it is 8-9 mm big. they are not doing anything as they are going to wait to see if it has grown. But i am in so much pain and i have explained that to them and they aren't doing nothing about it. The pain never goes it just gets less and i don't know what to do.

gallstones
I could have wrote this post . I just got confirmed I have gallstones, how many flare ups do you Have?
I wondered if you could adjust your diet at all? When you have gallstones I think they get more painful when you eat foods which have high levels of fat. Have you tried to avoid foods and meals high in fat?
I am sorry you are in so much pain. I do have gallstones but I think I would prefer to keep them than risk the operation to have them removed. I have a lot of other medical problems so surgery is particularly high risk. I have to rely on adjusting my diet to reduce the pain. I hope it will help you.

Avoid fatty foods like cheese. Before I had my gallbladder removed eating food high in fat triggered the pain. The operation was great - I had numerous stones like gravel in the gallbladder. The op cured the problem. Hope yours goes well.
thanks to all for giving me advice its helped me a lot
